File Requirements

What type of file formats do you accept?

  • We accept the following file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, SVG, TIFF, TIF.

What's the max file size I can upload to your website?

  • The maximum file size that you can upload is 150MB.
  • If you'd like to send us a larger file, scroll down to the bottom of this page and select "File Upload".

What resolution do you require?

  • Ideally, you would like to have 180 DPI or higher. Our minimum acceptable DPI is 100 DPI, any lower and you will be given a warning if you would like to proceed and accept full liability for the quality of your print. Larger prints can have a lower DPI as they are meant to be viewed from a distance of at least 3-6 feet away.

How large can I print at full resolution with my image?

  • The print size at full resolution depends on the resolution of your image. Our team can assist you in determining the optimal print size.

What color profile should I use?

  • We recommend using the AdobeRGB1998 for the best print results. If your photo is not assigned a color profile, the results will likely not reflect what you will expect. Be sure to embed the correct color profile when saving.

Image Preparation

How important is a calibrated monitor for preparing my files?

  • A calibrated monitor is crucial for accurate color representation and to ensure that your prints match what you see on screen. Most monitors aren't calibrated by default, resulting in high contrast, overly bright images that may not reflect the true colors of your photo. If you're serious about color accuracy, investing in a calibrated monitor is a great idea

What is the value of ordering test prints?

  • Ordering a test print allows you to see how your digital file translates to a physical print. It gives you the opportunity to adjust aspects like brightness, contrast, or color balance in your image before ordering a larger print. This step can save time and money in the long run.

What is the shipping cost?

  • Shipping costs are based off of your total order subtotal, which typically work out to around 10% of your subtotal.
  • PLEASE NOTE - Flat shipped items over 30"x45" are considered oversize and will have an additional crating fee that will be billed after you place your order.
